The Boston Park Plaza Hotel is located in the heart of historic Back Bay and adjacent to
the Boston Common and Boston Public Garden. Built in 1927, this grand hotel is Boston's
only member of the Historic Hotels of America. After a $60 million renovation - the Boston
Park Plaza is of the gracious elegance and historic beauty worthy of its beginnings. From
Ballrooms designed for celebrations, to a Grand Lobby that beckons and guest rooms to
soothe the weary traveler, The Boston Park Plaza Hotel will welcome, delight and inspire
as you revel in all that the city of Boston has to offer.
The Boston Park Plaza Guest Suites
There are over 900 updated guest rooms and suites. Refurbished elevators, which reflect
the hotel's elegant history, yet nod to the present with the latest technology, transport
guests to the newly renovated guest rooms. Each guest room provides a stylish
contemporary atmosphere which combines ultimate comfort with the most modern conveniences
such as voice mail, dataports, modern lines, irons and ironing boards, coffee makers and
25-inch televisions with cable and a choice of in-room movies. All guest rooms were
completely updated with new furnishings, carpeting, wall treatments, curtains and bathtubs
- using warm earth tones in soft shades of brown, beige and cream to provide a relaxing
yet elegant atmosphere in keeping with the history of the hotel.
Dining and Entertainment at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel
The renovation has truly recreated the hotel as a "city within a city", housing everything
in the form of dining, entertainment and services all under one roof. The celebrity
line-up of new residents who have moved in to this "city" include Rande Gerber's Whiskey
Park, already Boston's hottest new nightspot. The McCormick & Schmick's Seafood
Restaurant, one of the nation's premier seafood restaurants. The M.J. O'Connor's, an
authentic Irish Pub and the Swan's Court - the lobby restaurant and bar offering
everything from high tea to tapas, with a panoramic view for people - watching. The
Bonfire is a unique steakhouse and the newest incarnation from celebrity chef Todd English
opening later this summer. Besides all the new restaurants and bars, the established lobby
eateries such as Au Bon Pain, Finale, Montillio's and Ben & Jerry's are the finishing
touch. Guests truly never need to leave 64 Arlington Street to experience it all!

event space unlike any other in Boston. Conveniently located directly across from the

your hospitality needs.
